The fictitious Moovea project consists of creating an application with its own identity that aims to assist in the organization of group trips, enabling greater ease of use, due to its integration with messaging applications and its lack of need for login on the part of those requested by the trip, only requiring a login by the trip administrator. The project went through a complete design thinking and UX process that enabled the creation of an interface that managed to solve users' problems at their root.

The project aimed to address issues of consolidation and analysis of external data for the ExperienceCX platform. It began with internal research and interviews with clients. The need for a new solution was identified, resulting in the inclusion of additional data tagging features. This led to increased engagement and customer satisfaction, improving the overall user experience on the platform.
